강사 약력
Johannes K?hl was born 1953 in Hamburg, Germany. He studied physics in Hamburg and G?ttingen where he finished with a work on fluid dynamics at the Max Planck Institute. After one year of research at the science section at the Goetheanum he taught physics, chemistry and mathematics at the Waldorfschool Stuttgart Uhlandsh?he. Since 1996 he is the leader of the science section at the Goetheanum and a member of the collegium of the school of spiritual science. His research interests are goetheanistic optics, the understanding of of atomic and quantum physics, and the relation of techology and human culture and the teaching of science.

Leader of the Science Section at the Goetheanum
Born 1953 in Hamburg (Germany), Johannes K?hl visited the waldorfschool Hamburg-Nienstedten. After school he worked on a biodynamic farm for one year (instead of military), then studied physics in Hamburg and G?ttingen, where he finished his Diploma (master sc.) with a work on fluid dynamics (related to the problem of the machine R.Steiner suggested for the mistletoe - preparation for healing of cancer, in connection with the Carl Gustav Carus - Institut) at the Max Planck Institute for fluid dynamics (Prof. E.-A. M?ller). During his studies he visited several courses at the pedagogical seminar for Waldorf education in Stuttgart and taught physics at different schools.
After that he worked for one year at the science section in Dornach on a project about mechanics of the human gait, a theme suggested by R. Steiner.
Since 1982 he is a member of the Council of the Science Section.
In 1982 he started teaching at the Waldorfschool Stuttgart - Uhlandsh?he (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry).
In 1996 he was asked to take over the leadership of the science section at the Goetheanum in Dornach. His themes of work are:

What I need:
It would be good to have a data projector. Do you have
prisms? And would it be possible to have a spherical class container for
example how it is sometimes used in chemistry? (diameter at least ca
8cm, better 15 to 20). And if you have a bunsen burner and an empty
metal container like it is used for paint which can be locked - there is
a nice experiment with that (but not necessary). I could bring some
material but of course the luggage is limited.

Introduction to the concepts of the six chapters of Goethe’s work: Physiological Colors, Physical Colors, Chemical Colors, General insights, Neighborly Relations and Sensual-Moral Effect of Colors (psychology of colors). If of some interest: About the history of Goethe’s work in his biography and it’s relation to Newton’s approach to color.
What are the main issues of this age in Waldorf pedagogy? How can we approach them in physics? What were Rudolf Steiner’s suggestions? How can we understand them in transform them into a curriculum? Suggestions for an approach so that the individual teacher can find his or her’s own ideas.
III. Physics in the Upper School:
I would like to go through the different inner qualities of the four upper school classes by “reading” in R. Steiner’s suggestions for the curriculum. From there one can understand the deeper motive of the suggestions for physics and of course other themes. If there is interest and time permits we can go deeper into the possibilities of the four physics blocks.
